This is the Ultimate Conceal Carry Weapon course offered by Homeland Personal Protection at the Lucky 8 Gun Show.

Our team of Instructors are vetted and held to some of the highest standards in the industry. HPP Training Instructors have achieved multiple certifications through national educational programs such as the NRA, USCCA, The Intuitive Defensive Shooting Program from I.C.E. Training Company and the Force Science Institute.

This is a fun and educational training with lots of great information and third-party documentation from FBI Studies and the Force Science Institute. This training far exceeds the minimum standards for the Nevada permit application process and includes Defensive Shooting Concepts in addition to the state-mandated requirements.

This course is for anyone 21 years or older who can legally own a firearm and has the desire and mindset to carry a firearm in public for self-defense. Completing this training will help you understand federal, state and local laws and what it takes to develop the necessary skills to defend yourself and protect the ones you love.
Ultimately, you will walk away from this course empowered as a safer and more responsible armed citizen.

HPP Training has additional defensive shooting courses to support those who are serious about unlocking their inner Warrior Expert.

Topics include:

Firearm safety

Firearm knowledge and preferred handguns for concealed carry

Acceptable calibers and preferred ammunition

Hadgun cleaning, care and maintenance

Storing, staging and child-proofing

Modes of carry and recommended holsters

Defensive shooting concepts

Awareness, avoidance and de-escalation

Firearm Possession laws

Use of Force and Self-defense laws

Aftermath and dealing with law enforcement

Written exam and range proficiency qualification

Saturday, March 23rd – 8:30am – 4:30pm

Ahern Hotel, 300 W. Sahara, Las Vegas NV 89102

Range Qualification at Strip Gun Club at 5pm – 6:30pm

NOTE for NV Renewals: If you are taking a renewal course, please show up at 1pm.

WHAT TO BRING:

We encourage attendees to use their own firearms for the Range Qualification. Please bring a handgun you are most comfortable with.

A Minimum of 50 rounds of ammunition.

Bring at least 2 Magazines for your firearm and make sure they are prepared with ammunition and ready to use. Please make sure that your firearm is UNLOADED and clear of any ammunition when you arrive.

Eye Protection and Electronic Hearing Protection (If you have it)

Lunch, drinks or snacks can be purchased at the Gun Show or you can bring your own.

Please bring black ink pen and notepad for taking notes and a good learning attitude.
