This course is for someone new to handgun ownership or purchased a new handgun.

Topics include, handgun knowledge, nomenclature, handgun operation, ammunition knowledge.

This is NOT a defense course.

This is a one hour class that covers how to safely operate a handgun.

The tuition for this course is $50 

* If you recently purchased a handgun from Bass Pro Shops within the past year of class, this class is complementary (FREE).  ONE PERSON PER HANDGUN

(Space is limited for FREE CLASS) $10 registration fee will be needed for commitment to attend class.

$10 will be reimbursed after attendance.

• Safety as a skill

• Handgun nomenclature and handgun action types

• Ammunition knowledge 

• The difference between training and practice

• Handgun Disassembly and Reassembly

• Cleaning, Care and Maintenance 

1. We will start with dry Practice manipulation of handgun. (NO LIVE AMMUNITION ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM) STUDENTS AGREE TO INSPECTION.

2. Cleaning, Care and Maintenance and how to disassemble, clean, lubricate and reassemble your firearm.
