DDH – Dynamic Defensive Handgun – Powered by Intuitive Defensive Shooting

The Dynamic Defensive Handgun course is designed to expand the circumstances and conditions under which the student can apply the skills developed in the Intuitive Defensive Shooting program.

Course Topics Include.

  • Unorthodox Shooting Positions (Kneeling, Grounded, Seated).

  • Shooting Around Cover from Unorthodox Shooting Positions.

  • Balance of Speed & Precision and Unreasonable Distance Shooting.

  • Transition from Pistol to Carbine to Pistol and “WHY”.

  • Course Debrief

  • This is a Two Day course. At the end of this second day, there will be a final evaluation O – Obstical Drill where students can evaluate your ability to apply the skills learned during the training and receive an evaluation from our Certified Defense Instructors.

Bring the following:

A reliable defensive handgun with at least 3 magazines. Bring a strong side outside the waistband holster that does not collapse and support side magazine holder. A minimum of 300 rounds of ammunition.

Eye and Ear Protection (We recommend In-Ear Hearing Pro)

Your Cleaning Kit

Drinks to keep you hydrated

NOTE: You may take this course as a One-Day course.

Prerequisite:You must have taken the FOCC, FOHD or IDS Courses in order to take this DDH course.

NOTE: If you are taking this as a Two-Day course, please bring your Carbine for Transitions and the Final Evaluation Drill.

THIS COURSE IS  LOCATED AT BRPC Range “B” 9AM – 5:00PM

The $10 Range Fee is to be paid at the beginning of the course.
